Our Methodology
Setup
A kick-off call will establish goals, objectives, and key indicators. The client can provide a list of participants with WhatsApp access, or Weaverbirds can onboard a targeted panel based on specific demographics or market segments. Weaverbirds will then design and finalise survey questions with input from the client.
Community Engagement
Weaverbirds facilitates automated conversations using WhatsApp (or enumerators in places with low WhatsApp penetration), formatted with 10-15 questions, including 3-5 open-text or voice questions. Airtime or mobile money rewards for participating respondents are included in our budget proposals.
Data Processing
Weaverbirds cleans and prepares the collected data for analysis using natural language processing and AI. All client data is securely stored, with respondent Personally Identifiable Information (PII) deleted after use to ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Reporting

Discovery
